Amica Credit Mills Presentation Centre
A presentation centre and fully furnished model suite for a future retirement community, built to a high finish standard on a compressed schedule.
The presentation centre and model suite were built to reflect the quality and resident experience of the future Amica community, with high-end architectural finishes, custom millwork, feature lighting and integrated technology.
Work included complete interior demolition and reconstruction, with electrical, low-voltage, HVAC and plumbing modifications inside an existing building.
